Three releases, one Friday: Radiance, Hyperia City, and the Deck Crafter's Collection

Tomorrow is one of those days that reminds you why the local game store exists. Three new releases land on the same morning, one each from Riftbound, Lorcana, and Pokémon, and each one belongs at a different table in the shop. If you are planning a Friday run, here is the lay of the land.

First up is the big one for our Tuesday crowd. Riftbound: Radiance is the game's fifth set and its first three-language simultaneous launch, with English, French, and Chinese hitting on the same day. The set brings 180 cards with 66 Showcase treatments. Nine brand-new Legends join the roster, headlined for lore fans by Neeko, the first neutral Legend the game has ever printed.

For the Nexus Night regulars, the three new keywords are the real story. Deploy, Show Off, and Disarm all enter the card pool tomorrow, and nobody has a tournament record with any of them yet. That is the best part of a launch week: every table is a laboratory. Booster displays carry a $119.99 MSRP, and the new Evelynn versus Seraphine Showdown Decks land at $34.99 for anyone who wants a ready-to-play start (plus, if you are still hunting older packs, our Riftbound Arcane boxes are currently Buy 2, Get 1 Free in the display case). The Ultimate Rare appears in fewer than 0.025% of packs, so chase responsibly.

Looking one step ahead, Summoner Skirmish windows are set for November 9 and December 14, with Graves and Lulu participation promos for players who show up. Those are exactly the kind of events our Tuesday nights are built for.

Lorcana players get Hyperia City, the game's fourteenth chapter, with a brand-new Ink Drop mechanic to learn. The set makes its Coco debut with Miguel Rivera, brings in Zootopia and Big Hero 6, and adds a fresh round of princesses led by Aurora, Cinderella, Tiana, and Rapunzel. The two-player starter pairs Madam Mim in Amethyst and Steel against Baymax in Emerald and Sapphire, which is a genuinely fun first night of learning. Disney Springs needed a virtual queue for its launch event, so the demand is real.

And for the budget-minded competitor, Pokémon's Deck Crafter's Collection might be the best $9.99 in the shop tomorrow. The box packs a foil Meowth ex with the Last-Ditch Catch ability alongside 39 competitive Trainer staples and a Pitch Black booster pack. Here is the fun part: both finalists at last weekend's Louisville Regional played a copy of that exact Meowth ex. Today's second feature breaks down the full story of the $40 Dragapult list that took the whole event.

So the Friday plan writes itself. Swing by after 3, grab what you came for, and stay for One Piece night at 7. Three launches, one shop, zero reason to order from a warehouse. See you at the tables.
