Pokémon Regionals are back in Seattle: your training starts at league night
The biggest Pokémon weekend in the Pacific Northwest just got a date, and registration is not even open yet. The Pokémon Regional Championships return to Seattle from February 5 through 7, 2027, taking over Arch Hall 4 at the Seattle Convention Center for three full days of the Trading Card Game, the video game, and Pokémon GO.
Regionals are the real deal. They are capacity-limited, and the Seattle stop is expected to sell out once registration opens, so the players who show up ready are the ones putting in reps right now.
Here is the thing about a Regional: you do not just show up. The players who make deep runs are the ones grinding league nights every week, and that is exactly what Wednesdays are for. Our Play! Pokémon League runs every Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM, and the new season just kicked off.
League nights are where the real prep happens. You test your list against actual humans, you learn the matchups the hard way, and you hear which tech choices are circulating in the room. Official league reporting also drives the store's prize support and prerelease eligibility, so every round you play makes the local scene a little stronger.
The timing could not be better. Delta Reign prereleases start this Saturday, October 24, which means fresh cards and fresh ideas are about to hit every table in the Pacific Northwest. If you have been waiting for a reason to start playing competitively, this is it.
We will be covering registration news the moment it drops, so the blog is your early warning system. Until then, the road to February starts on a Wednesday night. Come get your reps in.
